THE JUBLIES ROAD MURDER!" When the case was resumed in which Kan Chai is charged with the murder of his brother, Kan Hop, further evidence was given on behalf of the Crown by Gunner Roberts, R.G.A. (who spoke to finding the body), PC, Swann and Inspector Dymond. The latter said thore were bullet wounds, one in the head and the other in the neck, and in one hand the dead man was holding an umbrella. Subsequently prisoner was detained and a search was made of his house in Holly wood Rond. A charge was eventually made against Kan Chan, but was with- drawn.
Cross-examined by Mr. Potter, witness said that prisoner came to the Police Station on the day following the murder. Did ho come voluntarily With his brother.
