INAUGURATION OF MUNICIPAL MUSEUM
IN COLOUNEJ
The Berlin Correspondent Ostasianische Lloyd writes:
of the
On the 25th of October the formal opening ceremony of the recently founded special Museum for East Asiatic Art will take place in the beautiful building constructed for this purpose in the Hausa Ring at Cologne. The fact that Municipality should be able, by means of public subscriptions, to found an instituta of this kind is a proof of the great interest taken in East Asiatic Art An explanation of this is to be found in the energy and zeal, with which the study of the Acts of the Far East has been praecuted in Germany for the last twenty years, Whereas other countries. have been chiefly dependent for all collections dealing with East Asiatic Artu and Crafts on the generosity of private collectors, Germany has bon systematical- INly pursuing the study and the history of the artistic productions of China and Japan. It is already twenty years sincs. the Prussian Government sent. Professor Rein to dorate several years to the special study of the art of lacquering, the results of whose investigation were faust reacark- able. Furthermore, Brinkman made a special study of the valuable collections contained in the museums at Hamburg and dealt the connection between Japanese Art and the life of the people and the traditions of her .craftsmen. Well-known experts on this subject such as Professor Adolf Fischer, Dr. Grosse and others travelled in Japari and Chine with the object of securing materials for study for Garinan museums. Let Sanatogen

Health, Strength & Energy.
Almost everyone is familiar with the action of ordinary tonics and with the reaction which generally follows.
But Sanatogen is different its invigorating effects last, and there is no reaction. Sanatogen is simply a scientific health-food, with true tonic properties, and free from daugerous drugs or stimulants.
Give Sanatogen a Trial.
That is why so many experienced Europeans in the Bast are Sanatogen-users, and why you should give it a trial.
You will bear the heat better, you will feel calmer aud more cheerful, your appetite and digestion will improve, and you will sleep better and work with more energy, Moreover, you will be much less liable to catel Dysentery, Stomach and Bowel Complaints, and other diseases.
Buy a bottle of Sanatogen at the nearest Chemist's, and write, mentioning this paper, for a Free Copy of
The Art of Living.
Sir Gilbert Parker,
the popular novelist, writes: I have used Sanatogen with extraordinary benefit. It is a true food tonic, feeding the nerves, increasing the anorgy, and giving fresh vigour to the overworked body and mind,”
Mr. Henry Arthur Jones,
the famous dramatist, writes: "Sanatogen stems to me a very valuable nerve tonic food. I have several times taken it when non down and always with excellent results.
Sir H. Hesketh Bell, K.C.M.G writes: For a man doing hard mental work in an enervating climate, there is, according to my experience, no better invigorator than Sonatogen."
