CHARGE AGAINST A BROKEN.

At the Magistracy yesterday, before Mr. JR Wood, the hearing was concluded of the case in which Ivor Gourgey, aged 30, a beer, was charged with being -deficient la bis opium ich according to the permits issued by the Superintendent of Importa and Exports.
