hands for some titue, I will, with your approval, follow the usual procedure and. take them as read. Therewith ask the Sec- retary to read the auditor's report to the shareholders. At the last meeting I painted out that the prospects for the year 1912 were quite good, and your direc tors are very glad to be able to lay before you a report which they consider very. satisfactory. After the proclamation of the Republic, business, which had been at a standstill during the end of 1911 and beginning of 1012, became more active and there has been a very good demand for our yarn all the year round, so that our mill, which has been working day and night since the 26th February, has always boon very well employed. With reference. to the accents, you will have seen that the balance at credit of profit and loss account amounts to Tig. 172,092.21, which your directors propose to deal with ns follows!--
