There is some dispute as to what exactly was said on this occasion, but I am pre pared, to find that Cheung was introduced to Mr. Phillips as the person authorized to order liquor on behalf of the defen dants. A course of dealing was thus instituted, the orders being given by Cheung, and this lasted into July. For the first month there were cash payments: subsequently there was running account usual in the trade. It was given in evidence that Cheung's services with the defendants terminated at the end of July. Now these goods were ordered on the 6th August, but no notice of this had been given to the plaintiff Company. Mr. ACCIDENT TO THE "PATROCLUS.
