The India, with the English Mail, lett Singapore on Saturday, the 24th instant, al 8 a.m., and may be expected to arrive here to-day, at noon. This packet brings the parcel rails closed in London for despatch by the all ses route on the 24th July, and for despatch overland on the 31st July._____
