Each proposal must consist of:
(a) Complete design (Plans, Elevations, Sections and detailed description of the
works:

(b) Spec rations of their execution; (c) Price of each complete building, Within thirty daya reckoned from the date on which the reception of the proposals closos, the classification list of the competitors will be published, the same way and in the same plass as the pressut notises are. No claims will be admitted on the classideations.

The conditions for preferance are
(a) Prios por square metre of dwelling; (b) Esthetic and hygiene of the haildings;
e) Time taken for the conclusion of works.
6th
Designe whose price for each complete building (o, condition 3rd) orose le five thousand dollars ($5,000) cannot be considered. By bailding here is meant the house defined in a and of wudition 2nd.
7th
To the competitors classified in the first place, the adjudication for the erection of the buildings will be granted; the next will be awarded a prize of 2500 and the third the prizo of $250,
