The Prinsesa Alice, with the German Mail, left Singapore, on Sanday, the 29th inst., at 9 a.m., and may be expected here on or about Thursday: the 2nd November, at 2 p.m.

The Publio are informed that the Christmas and New Year Purcel Mail to the United "Kingdom and the Continent of Europe by the long ses route via Gibraltar will be closed in this Office on Friday, the 10th of November, 1911, at 5 F.M. This Parvel Mail is due in London on or about the 16th of December, The aubsequent Parcel Mail is not due to reach London before the 30th of December. Parcels may be forwarded via Brindisi with an extra foe of 60 cents.

Parrels containing any article of Gold or Silver or Silver Mounted Goods must be insured for at least part of their value.

All insured parcels must be sealed, all the seals must be of the same kind of wax and must baar distinct impressions of a private device. The device on each seal must be the same. Regimental Buttons or Badges, Curved, Crossed or Dotted lines are not admirable. Coins must not be used for sealing.

The Clerks of the Post Ofou are not allowed to scal er to offix stamps on letters or parosla for the public.

Parcels that in the opinion of the oflour accepting the same do not comply with the regulations will not be accepted.
