The Ernest Simons, with the French Mail, left Baigon on Sunday, the 8th inst., at 3 am, and may be expected hero to-day, at 6 p.m.

The Persia, with the American Mail, left Shanghai and is due to arrive here to morzów, between 4 a.m; and 6 s,m.

The Decanke, with the English Mall, left Bingapore on Friday, the 6th inst., at 6 pm, and may be expected here to-morrow, at 4 pm. This packet brings the parcel mails closed in London for despath by the all sea route on the 6th Sept, and for despatch overland on the 13th September.
