Mr. Kobayashi, Director of the Hygienic Cobu Bureau of the Home Office, has issued to the Labuan Tokyo and other loper asylums instructions to conduct experiments in the new method of treatment, and small quantities of tho medicins have been distributed from the Tokyo Hygienis Laboratory. FOREIGNER CHARGED AT KOBE WITH FRAUD...

In the Kobe Chiho Saibanaho George Snow flon, aged 20, dosoribed as a British subject, way charged before Judge Hatano and two Associate Judges with fraud.
