Tenders will be received at the Office of the Government Secretary, Sandakan, up to 12 o'clock Noon on the 1st day of October, 1911, for the purchase of the exclusive privileges of the Farms enumerated below for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years commencing on the 1st January, 1912.
The tenderer must state in his tender the annual sum offered for the Farm rant for the three years 1912, 1913 and 1914; a diferent sam may be offered for the first, second and third years respectively. The prices offered for the separate years should be framed on a sliding scale according to the number of socllas. The tenderer must also clearly state the proportion of the amount of the Rent to be allut bod to cach
