The P. M. 8.8. Co. str. Asiu: from Ban Francisco, kails from Yokobatos on the 16th instant en route to Hongkong, and is due to arrive at this port on the 24th inet.

The LG.M. str. Prins Eitel Friedrich, carry- ing the German Mails with dates from Berlin of the 28th ultimo, left. Colombo in the 14th instant p.m., and may be expected here on or about the 25th inst.

The C.P.R. Co's str. Empress of India arrived at Nagasaki at 8 am, on the 15th inst., and left again at 4 p.m. same day for Shang- hai, where she is due to arrive at 4 am. on the 17th instant.
