Only fully prepaid letters, and postcards are transmissible by the SIBERIAN Route to EUROPE,"

The Public are informed that the Christmas and New Year Parcel mail to the United Kingdom and other countries in Europe will be closed in this office at 5 pm. on Friday, the 11th of November, 1910. This parcel mail by the long ses route via Gibraltar is day in London on the 17th of December. Parcals may be forwarded via Brindisi with an extra foo of 60 cents. Buch parcels are due to roach London with the Letter mail on the 9th December,

Parcels poulaining any article of Gold or Silver must be insured for at least part of their Tate. All Insured parcels must be sealed. All the seals on the parcel must be of the same kind of war and must bear distinct impressions of some private device. This device must be the same on each, Real, Strait, Carvel, Delted or Crossed lines are not admissable. Buttons or Coins must not be used for sealing parools.

The Clerks of the Post Office are strictly forbidden to seal parcels or to affix Declaration Fortas or Stamps on Parvels or Letters, for the Public. Parcels that in the opinion of a Postal officer do not comply with the above regulations will not be accepted.

The Arcadia, with the English mail of the 30th September, left Bingapore on Saturday, the 22nd inst, at 9 am, and may be expected hers to-day. This packet brings the parcel mails closed in London for despatch by the all sea route on the 21st of September, and for despatch overland on the 28th of September.

The Manchuria, with the American mail, is expected to arrive from Manila te-morrow. The Devanha, with the Siberian mail, is due to arrive here to-morrow.
