LONDON, July 29th. Reuter's correspondent at Simla stated that two Indian regiments and a mountain battery have been ordered to get in readiness to proceed to Tibet owing to turmoil there in consequence of the movements of Chinese troops.

Meanwhile large supplies have been collected at Goatong in preparation for an advance to protect British trading agencies at Gyangtse, Yatung and Tibet if these places be attacked or endangered.

The troops will be strictly neutral if the Chinese fight the Tibetans.
