“Our analyses · of these Whiskies indicate that the statements made in regard to them are bonest-that is to say, that they are Pure Malt Whiskies distilled in the Pot Still Boreover, the evidence of the palate is in favour of the statement that they are holly matured. The flavour, while iundly and rich, is ‘soft.' A feature in the analytical results was the amount of Ethers. The amount of Ethers represents a maximum quantity for Whisky It may be remarked also that acidity of these Whiskies was practically nil, These Whiskies are well adapted for SPECIAL DIETETIC PURPOSES.
