The Oceanian, with the Frenet Mail of the 19th November, left Saigon on Saturday, the 18th lost, at 4 a.m., and may be expected here to-day. This packet brings replies to letters despatched from Hongkong on the 16th October.

The Delki, with the English mail: of the 28th altimo, left Singapore on Saturday, the 18th inat, at 0.. U ạ.m., ana may be expected here on or about Thursday, the 28:d inst., at noon. This packet bringe replies to letters despatched from-Hongkong on the 28th Oot, and the parcol mails closed in London for despatch by the all-saa ronte on the 17th ult, and for despatol overiszd on the 24th ultimo.
