Only fully prepaid letters and postcards are transmissible by the SIBERIAN Houte to EUROPE

The Public are informed that the Cbristmas and New Year Parcel Mall to the United Kingdom will be closed in this office at 6 pm, on Friday the 12th of November 1909. In order 0 to facilitate the work and avoid delay it is requested that Parcels be posted before the above date. This Parel Hail by the long ses route via Gibraltar is dus in London on the 18th of December. Parcels may be forwarded via Brindisi with an extra fee of 60 cents, such parcels are due to reach Londen en er about the 10th of December with the Letter Mail, Parcels containing Gold or Bilver net be Insured for at least part of their value. All Insured parcels must be sealed. All the zenit must be of the same kind of wax, and must bear distinct impression of some device. This device must be the same on each seal. Etraight curved or Crossed lines are not admissable. | Bntions or Coins must not be used for sealing.
