TENDERS. are invited for the Loose of Reverse Farms in the State-of North Borneo from the 1st January, 1910, as set out boreunder.
REVENUE FARMS IN THE STATE OF
NORTH BORNEO.
1. La making arrangements for the leasing of the Farms for the next Farm period of 1910 1911 and 1912, the Government reserves to itself the right of vesting the farms as provided in the Proclamations concerned as named in Schedule A appended) in any person, by public or private sala as may be thought fit.
Subject to the above reservation it is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Office of the Secretary to the Governor, Sandakan, up to 12 o'clock noon, on the 1st day sive privileges of the Farms lescribed below for ivo Crona, 100, for the purchase of the exclu. a period of one, two or three years commencing on the lat January, 1910.
2. Any person either for himself alone or for himself and others, may, either in person or by agout duly accredited in writing, on aur date prior to the said poon of the 1st October next, submit to the said Secretary at Sandakau, any tender he may think fit for all or any of the Farms, provided auch touider is in conformity with the torias of tendering hereinafter set out and fulfils all the conditions required of the Farmer.
