Territory DISTRICT-the (i) SANDAKAN- bounded on the one side by the true right watershed of the Kinabatangan River and on the other by the true left watershed of the Paitan river
(i) KUDAT DISTRICT--the Territory bounded on the one side by the true left watershed of the Paitau River and on the ofher by the true right watershed of the Pindasan River,
(ii) WEST COAST DISTRICT the Territory bounded on the one side by the tras right watershed of the Pindusan River, and on the other by the Northern Boundary of Province Clarke.
(7) East Court DISTRICT the Territory bounded on the one side by the true right watershed of the Kinabatangan River and on the other by the Dutch Boundary on the South at Broershoek point.
(F) PROVINCE CLARKE being the Territory between Bats-Bata and the Lawas Northern watershed.
4. The attention of those desirous of tendering is drawn to the following terms :----
(a) The tenderer must state in his tender the annual sum offered for the Farm reat for the three years 1910, 1911 and 1912; a different sam may be offered for the first, second and third years respectively. The tenderer must also clearly state the proportion of the amount of the Bent to be allotted to each separate Farm.
(b) Tls Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or say tender, and reserves to itself the right of making any arrangements it may doons advisable as regards the letting of the
Farms. (e) Each tenderer should specify in full, in English, and in the vernacular language of the tenderer, the names, residences and occupations of the persons tendering, and similar information regarding any security or any partner that the tonderer wishes to propose.
(d) The successful tenderer will be called upon to enter a contract under the provisions of the Proclamations named in Schedule A appended."
(e) Copies of the the Forms of Contracts for the Farms may be seen on application at the Office of the aid SECRETARY, at Sandakan, or of Messrs. GUTHRIE & Co, at Singapore, or of Mesare, Gtos, LIVINGSTON & CO., at Hongkong.
(f). The successful tenderer will be required to deposit ith the Finance Commissioner, Sandakan, Socarity to the value of three months Farnu rent by means of a deposit of money to the
