4. The attention of those desirous of tendering is drawn to the following terms:-

(a) The tenderer must state in his tender the annual sum offered for the Farm ront for the three years 1910, 1911 and 1912; a different sum offered for the first, secoud and third may bo years respectively. The tenderer must also clearly state the proportion of the amount of the Fent to be allotted to cach coparate Farm

(b) The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender, and reserves to itself the right of making any arrangements it may deem advisable as regards the letting of

the Forms.

(e) Each tenderor should specify in full, in English, and in the vernacular language of the tenderer, the names, residences and occupations of the persons tendering, and similar information regarding any security or any partner that the tenderer wishes to propose.

(d) The successful tenderer will be called apon to outer contract under the provisions of the Proclamations named in Schedule A appended,

(e) Copies of the the Forms of Contracts for the Forms may be seen on application at the Offices of the said SECRETARÝ, at Bandakan, or of Masses. GUTяziz & Co., at Singapore, or of Messes. GIBB, LIVINGSTON & Co., at Hongkong,

(f) The successful tenderer will be required to dopositith the Finance Commissioner, Sundaran, Secarity to the value of three months Farm rent by means of a deposit of money to the amount of one month's Farm rent, and of title deeds to the amount of two months' Farm rent.
