LONDON, April 20th. An official budget memorandum places the deficit at £15,762,000.

It is estimated that the expenditure has increased by £11,860,000, maiuły through Navy increases and Old Age Pensions.

The revenue has decreased by £3,188,000. The amount realised ou sugar is £98,000 below the estimate, while ten shows an increase on the estimate of£250,000.
