The Delk, with the English mall of the 19th February, laft Singapore on Saturday, the 19th instant, at 10:30 am, and may be expected here on or about Thursday, the 18th instant, at 8 am, This packet brings replies to letters despatched from Hongkong of the 19th January, and the parcel rails closed in Luuden for despatch by the all sen route on the 10th February, and for despatch overland on the 17th February.
