THE FRENCH MAIL.
The M.M. str. Caledonien with the French Mails of the 14th ult, snil mails from Londori of the 13th ult., left Singapore on Tuesday the 9th instant at 4 p.m., and may be expected to arrive here on Tuesday morning the 16th inst. at daylight, and will leave for Shanghai and Japan on the same afternoon.
THE INDIAN MAIL
The Indo-Chins str. Suisang left Calcutta for this port vin the Straits on the 3rd instant. and may be expected here on or about the 19th instant.

The N.G.I. Chartered str, Auchenblae left Singapore on the 3rd inst. morning, and may be expected here to-day.
The P. & O. str. Sumatra, left Singapore for this Fort on the 6th instant at 11 a.m. and is due here to-day at about 10 p.m.
