Die zur Zeit des Inkrafttretens dienor Verordnung bereits von ausserhalb bestellten und dem Wage hierher befindlichen Mengen von Morphiam, Morphiumspritzen und inblichen Instrumenten dürfen noch nach dem In krafttreten der Verordnung innerhalb einer Frist, die in jedem einzelnen Falle von dem zuständigen Kaiserlich Chinesischen Zollamt unter Berücksichtigung des Toges der Verschifung und der Entfernung des Ausfuhr hafens bestimmt wird, eingeführt werden.
