The Public are informed that the Christmas and New Year Parcel Mails to the United Kingdom will be closed in this office at 5 pm on Friday, November the 13th. This parcel nail by the long sea route is due in London on the 18th of December. Parcels be forwarded VFA BRINDISI with an extra fee of 60 cents, such parcels

my are due to reach London on or about the 11th December with the letter mail.

Parcels containing Gold or Silver must be insured for at least part of their value. All insured parcele must be scaled, all the seals must be of the same kind of wax, and some device, and this device must be the saine on must bear distinct impressions cach seal.Straight, curved or crossed lines are not admissable.

Coins must not be used for scaling. The Clerks of the Post Office are forbidden to, soal parcels for the public, or to affix stamps on letters of parcels.
