The newly constituted Sanitary Board met yesterday afternoon for the first time. Ms. C. Mol. Messer, the now president, took the chair, and another new poraouality was Dr. A Gilson, as secretary Dr. Pears being also included in the personnel. Thargas present Hon. Mr. W. Chatham, Hon.
