H. Garrett and La Compagnie Fermière de la Grande Chartreuse, the Court of Appeal diragted that the Plaintiffs were entitled to an injunction to restrain the Defondants, their Bervants and Agouts from. using the word "Chartreuse," in connection with the sale of liqueurs other than those manufactured by the Plaintiffs as the name of or as descriptive of the liqueurs or withou clearly distinguishing the liqueure so sold from the liqueurs manufactured by the Plaintiffs, and an Injunction to restrain the Defendants, their --Bervants and Agents from selling or offering" for sale in this Country any liqueur or other liquors not so manufactured in such a manner na to represent or lead.to the belief that the liquear or other liquors manufactured or-im- ported or sold by the Defendants are the manufactura of the Plaintiffs.

AND NOTICE is further given that if any ohe shall sell or offer for sale as CHARTREUSE any liquor other than that manufactured by the Perer Chartreux immediate proceedings will be taken against them.
