CHINESE NEW YEAR HOLIDAY.

THE HÔNGHONG DAILY FRISS MONDAY, JANUARY 27TH, 1988.

Sunday the 2nd February, 1908, being Chiness Now Year's Day the General Foet Oloe will not be open for the Public and no collection from the Pillar Boxer or Deliveries will be made. On Monday the 3rd February, 1909, the General Post Office will be open from 8 a.m. until 94.. There will be ons Delivery of Letters and a Collection from the Pillar Bozes ns on Sundays, The Money Order Offles will be entirely closed. In the event of the arrival of the French Mall from Europe the Post Offles will remain open one hour after for the delivery thereof.

& Post Office has now been established at Taipo, New Territories. letters 2 cents per 1 oz. A mail will be made up daily at 4 pm.
