The Ocranien, with the Franch mail of the 20th December, leit Singapore on Tuesday, the 14th instant, at 11.30a.m., sud may be pepected here on or about Tassday, the 21st Inst. This packet brings replies to lettere despatched from Hongkong on the 16th November..
