The Delhi, with the English mail of the 15th ult, loft Singapore on Saturday, the th instant at 8 am, and may be expected here to-day. This packet brings replies to letters despatched from Hongkong on the 15th Oct. and the parcel mails closed in London' for despatch by the all sea route on the 6th November and for despatch overland on the 13th November.
