CHRISTMAS CARDS (if propaid at Printed Mattern rates) must be posted ei her in as un faster cd cate ope or in a cover which can be easily removed for the purpose of examination without breaking any teal, tearing any paper or soperating any adhering surfaces. Covers may, however, be secured with string.
CAP De enclosed in envelopes with retched ends or corners cut will be taxed us letters. The best method of sending Cards is to enclose them in an envelope with the flap turned in.
