to Shop-koopera, Linou-drapore, Clothiers and Tailors in fagkong, Macao, and elsewhere who will sau to them remnants of mnstorial, books of patterus no longer used, and any pieces of cloth, no matter how small, of which they can not make use.
The who send will thus, at no cost to themselves, afford the numerous hands in the convent, especially the little ones, opportunity for ufal occupation; for pieces of cloth, ovey of a square inch, can be stitched together sad very pretty pieces of work made out of sloth, that would otherwise be thrown away. These articles are bought by charitable per and the Sisters are thus helped to keep up their very large establishment, which is maintained by the alms of friends and in a great measure by the earnings of the girls themselves, who lead by no means an idle life within the convent walls.
