That interest al the rate of 5 per centum per annum be allowed out of the profits of the Company on instalments paid in advance of the dates when the same become due, and that registered holders of Scrip Certificates for Now Shares be entitled in respect of such Now Shares to participate in future dividends on an equality with the old shares, in pro- portion to the instalments paid up, and from due dates for payment of same.
8. That interest at the rate of 8 per centum per annum be charged on each instalment not pauctually paid, and be paid with each such instalment.
9. That all wooeys received from premium on the said Now Shares be added to the Reserve Funds.
