EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MERTING of the LUZON SUGAR REFINING COMPANY, LIMITED, will be held at the Offices of the Undersigned, KING'S BUILDINGS, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong. on SATURDAY, the 13th day of April, 1907, at 12.43 o'clock M. when the Subjoined Resolutions passed at the Extra- ordinary General Mosting of the Company held 27th of March, 1907, will be subinitted for confirmation as Special Rosolutions:

1. That the following alterations he made in

the Articles of Association, viz:- (a) That the defuition of

(d) That at the end of Artiolo No. 14 the following words be added: “And all signatures of the General Agents may be subscribed by such person or persons as may from time to time be thereauto authorized by the General Agents."
