The Arcudia, with the English mail of the 8th alt., left Singapore on Faturday, the 30th ult., at noon, and may be expected here to-morrow, at 5 am. This packet brings replies to fotters despatched from Hongkong on the 5th Fob, and the parcel mails closed in London for depatok by the all sen route on the night of the 27th Feb., and for despatch overland on the twrly morning of the 6th «ltimo.
