THE SHANGHAI FRAUDS.
At H.M. Police Court, Shanghai, on December 19th, Frod. Montior Gcode was brought up ou remand, charged with, on or about September 10th, 1906, feloniously forging on the back of a certain chagua a certain endorserumus, which said forged endorsement was as follows: "J. rost"--with intent to defraud, and further, on or about the same dato offering and utterius etc., the said last-mentioned førgedendorsement of the maid last-mentioned cheque with intent thereby to defraud.
