Those who send will thus, at no cost to themselves, afford the numerous bands in the convent, especially the little ones, opportunity for usefal occupation; for pieces of cloth, even of a square inch, can be stitchesl together and very pretty pieces of work made out of oleth, that would otherwise be thrown away. These articles are bought by charitable persons and the Sisters are bus helped to keep ag their very large establishment, which is malutained by the alma of-friends and in a great mesar, by the earnings of the girls themselves, who lead by no means an idle life within the convent walle.
