COMPRADORES CHINESE BANK. Tang Chunk-hing and Pang-kuri pok claimed from the Shu Yuen Bank the sum of $10,000, being on account of money deposite

with the defendant bank.

Mr. H. E. Pollock, K.C., instructed by Mr F. C. Barlow (uff Mr. H. K. Holmos offrg), appeared for the plaintifs, and Mr. M. W. Slade, striated by Mr. R. D. Atkinson (of Maxare. Thacou, Looker And Dancen, represented the defendants.

Mr. Pollock stated that the plaintiffs mere the compradare and assistaut compradore to the Mitsui Bussan Kaisha.
