The Oceana, with the English mail of the 9th February, left Singapore on Saturday, the 3rd instant, at noon, and may be expected here on or about Thursday the 8th inst. at daylight. This packat brings replies to letters despatched from Hongkong on the Nh January, and the parcel maila eload in London for despatch by the all sea Blet January, and for despatch overland on the 7th January.
