THE ELECTION OF MR. WILLIAM KESWICK, M.P.

We notice that Mr. William Keswick, M. P. for Epsom, has had to apply to tae High Court for an excepting order "anlar section 23 of the Corrupt and Illegal Practices Prevention Oct. 1353-11 appeared that is the cours of the recent election contest in the Epson Division 5,009.06 of Surrey, Mr. Holme, who was a strenuous supporter of the Conservative cause, but in na way an authorized agent for the candidate, 5,5000 heard of a rumour that was being spread abrind 8,922 20 to the effect that Mr. Keswick underpaid his labourers.
