The Ervest Stains, with the French mail of the 10th November, left, Singapors on Tuesday, the 5th fust., at 6 ami, and may be expreted kere on or about Tuesday, the 12th inst. This packet brings replies to letters despatchel from Hongkang on the 7th Octaber.
