EMPRESS DOWAGEN'S BIRTHDAY. A great banquet was told to-day at the P Chi-Hai-Kuon in honour of the Empress Dowager's birthday.

DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR.

The remand case was continued in which three natives were charged with behaving in a disorderly manner while proceeding to West Point on tramcar No. 16. The second and third defondante word further charged with refusing to pay their fare.
