The Arcadia, with the English mail of the 22nd September, left Singapore on Saturday the 14th inst, at 8am.. and may be expected here to-morrow, at 7.m. This packet brings replies to let lors dispatched from Hongkong on the 22nd August, and the parrel mails closed in London for despatch by the ell ses route on the 13th of September, and for despatch overland on the 20th September,
