On and after 15th July, h, the ruts of postage on letters fram Hongkong and the British Postal Agencies in China to Australia will be at the rate of 4 cents for each half onaco instead of 10 cents as ut presantren

The rate of postage on loffers from Australia to Hongkong and the British Postal Agencies in Chins will be riduced from 2d, te 21. for each half ounce.
