With the departure of Mr. R. Chatterton Wilcox from the Colony yesterday for England, we have to scord the closing of the firm of Mezera. Turner & Co., one of the oldest firms in the Colony, with which Mr. Wilcox has been identified daring the past four years. The exact date of the foundation of the firm is not known, there being no clear record, but Mr. Richard Turnor, founder of the firm, was in business in Macho in 1828. He subsequently
