On and after the 1st December, 1904, deliveries for Postal District. No. 11. viz. Albany, Peak Rond, will leave the Post Offee at 9 am, I p.m. and 5 p.m., daily on weekdays and 9 a.m. w Sundays.
The Tonkin, with the French mail of the 28th ult., loft Saigon on Saturday, the 28fa inst., atlam, and may be expected here to-day. This packet brings replies to lettera despatehou from Hongkong on the 24th September.
The Bengal, with the English nail of the 4th inst, left Singapore on Sunday, the 27th ins, at noon, and may be expected here on or about Saturday, the 3rd poz. This packet brings replies to lettera depatched from Hongkong on the 4th October.
