A novel experiment in hygiene is the new forest school" of Charlottenburg, a suburb of Berlin. School, domestic and recreation build ings have been provided in a pine forest, and it is the purpose to have pupils and teachers remain throughout the day, two and one-half hours daily being given to ordinary studies, with 0311 air instruction in oatural science, gymnastics and singing, and the balsuos of the me to be spent in the playground and the forest.
