Mr. Slade mored that the houring of the uppost be adjourned sine die so as to enable the appellant to properly prepare his ense for trial and also to enable the appellant to make az application to the Court for leave to adduce ovidence in reply to that filed by the respondent. The Attorney-General said he would not oppose the motion on the first ground, but he objected to an adjournment being granted for the purpose of udducing further evidence.
