The C.PR. sloamer Tartar arrived at Shang- hai at 5 am. on Friday, the 14th: Oct, and left. again at midnight suns day for Hongkong, where she is due to arrive at 7 a.m. to-morrow. The N..K. Eleamer Fawata Maru (Austra Han Lins) left Kobs via Moji and Nagasaki for this port on the 11th Oct., and is expected here to-morrow.
