to the 8th October, 1904, both days inclusive.

The present paid-up Capital of the Company is $600,000, divided into 60,000 shares of $10 oach, and the New Issue is required to increase the Capital of the Company to 3900,000 divided into 90,000 shares of $10 each,

The whole of the premium received from the New Issue will be placed to the Credit of the Permanent Reserve Fund.
